  • The fee is used to the pay the merchant processing fee for the transaction. The fee also covers any fees we incur due to chargebacks.
  • The service fee is calculated on the total amount of premium (2.9% plus $1.60 for credit and debit card, 0.08% plus $1.60 for ACH)
  • We do not know when our service fee will change, but we will update our site as soon as it does.
  • The carriers are paid on the 10th of the following month following payment from consumers. EnrollVB sends funds and a remittance file to the carrier detailing the consumers products and amounts collected.
  • EnrollVB only holds funds between the consumer being charged and sending funds to the carriers.
  • No, EnrollVB does not store credit or debit card numbers or account/routing numbers. EnrollVB can only identify the last four of the account or card numbers to distinguish with the consumer which payment method was used.
  • Yes, EnrollVB can look up the consumers with first and last name or full SSN. We can see all demographic information, payment history, and benefit elections. However, EnrollVB cannot see the consumer's banking information - only the last four digits of their account number.
  • EnrollVB currently supports over 90 carriers and over 320 products. See below for some of our valued partners or reach out to us with specific questions on carriers and products.
  • Yes, consumers can check out easily on a smartphone. Our enrollment site is completely mobile enabled from a first generation iPhone to the latest model, the same for iPads, tablets and any hand held smart device.
  • The consumer can log into their account with their credentials and update their payment method from their home screen.
  • Consumers can pay using a credit or debit card or ACH. ACH payments require microdeposit verification, which are small amounts deposited into the consumer's bank account. The consumer is then sent a follow up email to verify these microdeposits. Consumers can also utilize Apple or Android Pay if they are enrolling on a smartphone device.
